Basseterre, St. Kitts, 5th February, 2018, (MyVueNews.com) – Security officials in St. Kitts are expressing their thanks to the public for their support in locating a man who was being sought for questioning in a criminal matter.
The man, Marlon Heath, has now been found, arrested and charged. However, he has since been released.
The claims against him relate to the offence of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm. The incident occurred on November 16, 2017.Since that time, police had issued a bulletin for Heath, from 2nd February, 2018.
After processing however, Heath has since been released on bail in the sum of $10,000 with two sureties.
His bail conditions also include, (1) he should not have any contact or communication with the Virtual Complainant; and (2) he should keep at least 100 ft from the Virtual Complainant and his home.
No information was provided by police to indicate who the Virtual Complainant is in the matter.
