Basseterre, St. Kitts, 14th May, 2018 (MyVueNews.com) – As investigations into the shooting death of Sergeant Dwight Davis, Police have reported that a total of three persons are now in custody assisting with their investigations.
According to the Police, the first person was picked up Friday, 11th May, and another two the following day.
Police Commissioner in a statement he made earlier said the Police Force will not tolerate attacks against its officers.
The High Command is putting to work all the available resources in an effort to solve the crime.
Sergeant Davis was found lying on the ground by two passers-by in an area in Dieppe Bay close to the railway line.
An autopsy later confirmed that he died of multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
A few days ago, Police issues a $50,000 reward to anyone that provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for Sergeant Davis’ murder.
