Old Road men in stable condition

Basseterre, St. Kitts, 13th March, 2018 (MyVueNews.com) – While police in St. Kitts continue their investigations, two men are now left in the hospital recovering from their gunshot wounds after been attacked on Sunday.

The men, 23 year old Dejohn Foster of Old Road and 21 year old Ajani Reef, also of Old Road, are now listed as being in stable condition.

Reef, according to police had to undergo emergency surgery and his wounds are described as serious.

It was just after 9:00pm on Sunday, 11th March, when according to police reports, the men were sitting on the steps of the Old Road Community Center and a lone gunman appeared and began firing shots at them.

Police say that Reef and Foster ran, when, but were shot several times about the body.

Both were transported to J.N.F. Hospital in a police vehicle.

Reports confirm that officers from the Police Force were in Verchilds and it was a while and it was a while conducting patrols, they heard what sounded like gunshots being fired in the Old Road area.

They responded and were later joined by other officers from various units, as well as soldiers  from the St. Kitts-Nevis Defense Force.

Upon arrival, they were directed to two victims with what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
