On 29th December the Sugar Mill (Warner Park) will host the most prestigious pageant when Keivanée Lake16yrs (Anguilla), Aalilyah Thomas 16yrs(Antigua) , Monesha Bowleg 15yrs(Bahamas), Sacha Clarke 16yrs (Barbados), Shaunte Simons 18yrs(Bermuda), Ashellica Fahie 16yrs (BVI), Kande Duncan 16yrs (Grenada), Aba Sykes 18yrs(Jamaica), Kadijha Mason 16yrs (St. Lucia), Bailee Dukes 14yrs (USVI), Erica Doras 17yrs (Nevis) and Siobhan Phipps 16yrs (St.Kitts).
Chairman and Executive Producer Mr. Antonio ‘Director’ Maynard, said “the pageant’s organising committee is working hard to maintain the show’s extremely high standard and further enhance its status as the most anticipated, exciting and prestigious pageant in the Caribbean.”
Past contestants of the show, Claudette CP Peters and Pat Raguette, have gone on to achieve regional and international success as performers.
Claudette made history a few years ago by being the first artiste to win the Antigua Carnival Party and Groovy Soca monarch titles. Pat Raguette has won both the St. Thomas and St. Croix road march titles as lead singer of the Express band.
