According to an official release from the local police department on the island, authorities responded to a report of robbery at Sweet Lips Bar in Charlestown, which occurred approximately 1:00pm on Saturday 4 August 2012.

Police say their initial investigation revealed that a lone mask gunman entered the business place and robbed the owner and patrons of an undisclosed sum of money and jewellery.
