An official from the Black San’s parent organization SPIRIT has indicated that the Jouvert will begin at Romney Ground and will make its way to Pump Bay, with the energetic resonance of the sweetest band in the world ‘Small Axe Band’.

Later in the day, it is said that there will be an afternoon filled with water sports, fun games and musical entertainment.

“Last year was awesome and this year promises to be even better,” chided one official. However, a plea was made to revelers to be on their best behavior, as there will be a zero tolerance approach in effect by the security forces

The caution is to “Have fun in a peaceful manner or stay home.”

The Jouvert celebrations will be preceded by the 2nd Annual Miss Black San’ Swimsuit Pageant, at the Hard Court, on Sunday night.
