The event has being described as a Mini-Music Festival in the streets of Basseterre, and will start with live entertainment from 2:00 pm ending at midnight and will feature local superstars such as Nicha B, Footsy, Pinocchio and Silk.
DJ Ronnie Rascal along with the reigning Road March champions, Grand Masters Band and the sweetest band in world, Small Axe Band, will entertain patrons throughout the evening.
In keeping with the “Music Festival” atmosphere, LIME representatives will also be on site offering customers Double Bubble top ups. There will also be lots of giveaways for those who are there to celebrate with the company.
Customers in the Federation will also get a massive 40 per cent discount on selected 4G phones including the Samsung Galaxy 3S and Blackberry 9320.
General Manager, David Lake explains “We’re making a big deal of our official 4G launch because being the first to introduce 4G technology in not only St. Kitts and Nevis, but in the entire OECS is a great feat for LIME St. Kitts and Nevis. Having 4G capabilities on our mobile network means an amazing experience for customers – faster browsing speed, quicker downloads, streaming and faster photo, video and document sharing with other great capabilities. We are inviting everyone to come out and see how 4G will enhance their mobile lifestyle.”
LIME continues to make technological breakthroughs as one of the leading telecommunication service provider in St. Kitts-Nevis. The introduction of 4G will also serve as a platform for future network development as its current protocols are fully compatible with technologies that will power mobile networks in the future.
The company became the first to offer nation-wide 4G voice and data technologies in its Cayman, Barbados and BVI markets last year.
