Pemberton was missing since 18th June and though no announcement was made of his discovery, the police have arrested Keithroy Phillip and Kendrick Philip for his murder.
The police have also announced that there is a warrant out for Allain Delon Bergan for attempted murder occurred on 9th July 2012.
A release indicated that Bergan is deemed to be armed and dangerous, he must not be approached, but, the police must be informed of his whereabouts.
Anyone who harbours or helps him in any way to evade the police commits an offence, and will be arrested and charged for the offence.
