The federation of St Kitts and Nevis’ Club Sugar City is the host of this year’s conference.
Mr. Terry Morris, Local Coordinator, said that the opening would be attended by many officials from the federation and the region. He added that remarks would be provided by the Regional Coordinator for the C-HL Project; Ms Kathy Harper-Hall, Mr. Dave Connor, PRO of the Organization of Caribbean Administrators of Sport and Physical Education (OCASPE) parent organisation for C-HLP, and the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth Development; Mr. Kurt Lewis.
The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis; Dr. Denzil Douglas would also be on hand to declare the conference opened.
The Local Coordinator disclosed that some countries who expressed their willingness in participating in this year’s conference were not able to journey to St Kitts and Nevis due to unforeseen circumstances.
Countries that are being represented at the conference are Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St Lucia, St Vincent and Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago and host country St Kitts and Nevis
