Basseterre, 15th February, 2021, (MyVue News.com)- The latest case of the COVID-19 virus was recorded in St. Kitts & Nevis on Saturday, 13th February, 2021.
This additional case, moves the overall total to 41, since the first case in March, 2020.
As has been the case of just about all cases imported to the country, the one confirmed over the weekend also arrived with a passenger from the United States.
This means that the island of St. Kitts now has 29 cases while Nevis has 12.
From the confirmed 41, 39 have recovered, leaving the country with only 2 active cases.
Both patients are stable and are being monitored, said Chief Medical Officer, Dr. hazel Laws, during weekend briefing.
