The CEF-6 is organized by the Caribbean Environmental Health Institute (CEHI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Services and will run until 25 May.
It is being held under the theme: “Green Economy: Challenges and Opportunities in Managing Health, Water, Land, Energy, Climate Change and our Natural Resources.”
CEF-6 is one of the premier events on the Caribbean calendar and is expected to attract approximately 250 persons from across the Caribbean and further afield. Presenters and attendees range from Ministers of Government to scientists who have documented research on the appropriate forum topics.
The forum seeks to foster synergies while promoting a multi-sectoral approach to sustainable development issues, and providing training and networking opportunities.
