This artistic festival and concert will be held on Sunday, September 11, at the Governor General’s field in Belmopan.
The purpose of the festival is to share in a fraternal environment, the joy of the Independence Days, through the presentation of their traditional dances and popular music. This year is dedicated to Belize’s 30th Anniversary of Independence.
The festival will include the performance of artists and groups from Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua. The official program will end with the performance of Supa G.
Entrance will be free and open to the general public. Food and regional products booths will be available, as well as handicrafts and clothing sales and activities for children.
