Coke & Other Beverages Back on Production Line-Says Bottling Company

Back in June this year, customers throughout the country had registered their concerns over the unavailability of key products made by the St. Kitts Bottling Company Limited.

Due to certain technical issues experienced at the time, the Bottling Company was regularly out of products such as coke, ginger, sprite and various Sparkle soft drinks, leading to a shortage on the market.

Officials there indicated that they had to replace computer and software components and fly in technicians from Guatemala and Poland to help rectify the problems of the plant. All matters they explain were eventually resoled in early July and the plant is now fully operational, producing beverages on a daily basis to adequately supply the local market.

However, the company, which is HACCP certified, and produces high quality beverages to the internationally accepted standards that Coca-Cola is renowned for, is now confirming to the public that they have resolved the issues which caused the production-line to be down during the month of June; and that they are once again producing what they consider to be, the “finest and best quality locally made beverages and purified water”.

The company’s management has however been quick to extend its regrets to customers and the public generally, apologizing for any inconvenience it may have caused; saying they are grateful for all the advice, comments and feedback they have received from their valued customers.

Management said they have also extended their thanks and appreciation to all loyal customers in St. Kitts & Nevis for their support and understanding, during the recent period of down time.
