According to the Island Manager, Joseph Esdaille, while there was no fanfare in terms of the celebrations, they are truly thankful and grateful for the support that has been given over the past twelve months by the general public.
The manager said that his company has placed on record, its sincere appreciation and thanks to the public for their significant and continuous support over the year. “This demonstrates the faith and confidence that the public has in us and for that we would like to assure them that we would continue doing our best to serve them,” Esdaille said.
He pointed out that while many other companies have had difficulties in growing their market share, Delta Petroleum was able to gain market due to several factors. He pointed out that the company’s ability to deliver quality products, provide unbeatable prices and offering impeccable service that have helped to grow their market share in a very significant way.
“We have a track record regionally of understanding customer needs and being able to deliver. That is why, at Delta St Kitts, (we believe in) offering good quality in terms of the products, excellent prices and high customer service; and that these will continue to aid our rapid market growth,” he said.
He pointed out that despite the many achievements throughout the first year, there were challenges; noting that they have been able to address several of the challenges due to the significant team work, committed staff and a determination to service despite the odds. .
The St. Kitts Island Manager reiterated that Delta Petroleum is in the market to stay. He dismissed suggestions that the company may be pulling out of the market. He also urged what he termed as their loyal customers to continue lending support to the company adding that Delta Petroleum is very dependable. He also pointed out that since opening twelve months ago a number of initiatives and projects were introduced into the market in an attempt at further grow and strengthen the market.
“We have implemented a number of projects and initiatives into the market as we want to ensure that we deliver the best that we can to our customers. Our Regional General Manager continues to stress that customer loyalty will continue to of paramount importance,” he declared
