The method elected to decide which customer qualified for the chance to win cash was based on a simple process. Company officials indicated that contestants were selected from those who paid their bills on time, others for buying handsets in the months of December and some for collecting letters to spell “grab cash”.

Each contestant was given 20 seconds in the vault to grab as much cash as possible.

First in the vault was Norris Sharry, who walked away with $2,205. Sharry was followed by Adjida Bass, who won $608, then came Jasmine Merritt, who grabbed $2,535, followed by Miranda Francis who secured $1,450. Others included Sherlund Roland with $2,005 and Delaci Jacobs with $1,570.
