The Governor will also present a review of the economic performance of the ECCU in 2011; some of the major issues at the international, regional and national levels which have affected and will continue to affect the development of the ECCU economy; and the framework for addressing the long-run growth and development of the region in a rapidly changing environment.

The presentation of the review will be broadcast simultaneously on radio and television stations in the eight ECCU member countries at 8:00 p.m. Following the Governor’s review, citizens throughout the region will engage the Governor in discussions, via videoconference, on the issues arising from the presentation and other matters that affect the economic development of the ECCU.
