The Caribbean Football Union has announced that the teams that have been drawn against St. Kitts and Nevis in group 2, include the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
Group 1 will feature Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Curacao and Dominica, while group 3 will contain St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana
The Groups will play from 23-31 July with the winner and the best overall second-place teams advancing to a second and final round in Jamaica, from 3-11 November.
Five of the six teams in the final round will qualify for the 12-team CONCACAF finals in Puebla, Mexico, 18th February -2nd March.
The CONCACAF championships will be used as an U-20 World Cup Qualifier. The top four teams will eventually qualify as participants in the 2013 World Cup in Turkey.
