According to Police Public Relations Officer Sergeant Stephen Hector, Henville was shot multiple times to the upper half of his body and was pronounced dead on the scene by Dr. O’Loughlin the district medical officer for the area.

Hector further urged the general public with any information to come forward and assist the police force.

He also stated that it was too premature to conclude whether the incident was gang related or not, however he stated that the police have certain leads at this time and are looking to pursue them and within a short period of time.

Hector added that police investigations are on-going and further information will be reported when the details are made available.
