Hamilton was elected back in 2010, following the 25th January National Poll, that saw his party, the People’s Action Movement, (PAM), securing two seats in the parliament; the other being that of Constituency Number 5-Sandy Point, won by Shawn Richards, who is now serving his second, five year term.
Hamilton has advised that he is hosting the meetings this week with residents of the constituency, to discuss issues and matters of concern and frustration within the constituency and further afield.
Hamilton who is also a Deputy Political Leader of PAM, said, “I need to hear from you. The Party chairman and I have some important issues to discuss with you.”
He said among the issues to be discussed, include SIDF, Hydrofoil Debt, rescuing St. Kitts from the IMF and a shoddy Government and also his performance as representative.
Hamilton also went on to say “come and share your ideas, frustrations, and perspectives with me and my party chairman.”
The parliamentarian also indicated that the constituency would be brought up to date on his two years of service, since being elected parliamentary representative for the area that includes, Conaree, St. Peters, Keys and Cayon.
The meetings will kick off on Monday 23rd January at the Cayon Community Center, then on Tuesday 24th at Monkey Hill and Wednesday 25th in Conaree. The meetings will begin at 7:00pm nightly, said the parliamentarian.
