Upon learning of the removal of the names, Labour Party caretaker for Constituency #5, Dr. Norgen Wilson, organized legal representation for his Constituents so that they could appeal to the High Court to seek to have their names restored to the voters list.

In the SKBHCV2012/0337 High Court matter, KEISHA ARCHIBALD, TARIK BRADSHAW, CALVERT BANNETT, KEVIN BANNETT, PAULA CONNOR, GASTON DIXON, SANDRA FRANCIS, ZEFTON FRANCIS, IAN JULES, JUNELLA MILLS and LAVERNE PATRICK appealed to the High Court to reverse their removal from the Sandy Point voters lists struck from the Registrar of Voters for Electoral District of Saint 

Upon learning of the Court’s order, one Labour Party supporter said, “The High Court’s decision is a major blow to operations by the People’s Action Movement (PAM) to intimidate and disenfranchise people labeled by PAM as Labour Party supporters from the voters list. They boasted that they had removed the Honourable Marcella Liburd, Linkon Maynard, and others from the list. But Wednesday’s decision has restored my faith in the Court. Praise the Lord for Dr. Wilson.”
