The game which was played on Thursday 24th February at the Newtown playing field saw Hotspurs taking the lead in the first half. After a well deserve break and team talk with their coach, KFC Trinity Challengers managed to equalize the game in the 70th minute.
However, UDC Garden Hotspurs had the opportunity to take the lead in the 50th minute of the game but was unable to after Tiran Hanley missed a penalty.
Rovan Wigley found that back of the net for UDC Garden Hotspurs in the 34th minute while Kayon Boynes for KFC Trinity Challengers converted the equalizer in the 70th minute.
Tiran Hanley playing for Spurs and Travistra Richards for Challengers both received yellow Cards.
The SKNFA Digicel Premier Football League continues on Saturday 26th February at 6pm when St. Peters FC takes on UDC Garden Hotspurs at the Newtown playing field.
