Basseterre, 22nd March, 2021, (MyVue News.com)-The search for a West Basseterre man ended almost as soon as it started over the weekend, after police reported that he had been wanted for various offenses.
It was on Friday, 19th March, 2021, when a Wanted Bulletin was issued for Alexis Liddie, whom police said was being sought for burglary, larceny and building breaking.
Liddie however, according to police, was taken into custody the following day, Saturday, 20th March, to assist the authorities with their investigations. He surrendered himself, accompanied by his lawyer.
He has now been charged with for the offenses.
They had cautioned the public, whose assistance they sought in capturing Liddie, that he was to be considered “armed and dangerous”.
Liddie is said to be a resident of Lime Kiln Basseterre, and is “over 18 years old”.
