Its Hammer Time Says Brantley

“Each and every one of us has an obligation to our country …don’t stand up and say Mark Brantley should do this or Vance Amory should do that….or what the CCM is doing…It is not what I am doing about it. It is what we doing about it. The responsibility is not mine, it is ours,” said Brantley.

“You must stand up for yourself. I am prepared to stand with you, but you must stand with me as well. You see the planes that are coming in? Each and every one of you has family members on those planes…it is your responsibility to speak to your friends and family…and let them understand that there is only one party left that is fighting for the people of Nevis and that is the Concerned Citizens Movement,” said Brantley.

“While making reference to Friday’s court ruling on the matter related to removal of names from the Voters List, Brantley, went on to say, “This government hired a legal team for one purpose and one purpose only…to ensure that the people of Nevis cannot vote. When all is said and done, Parry had the audacity to say yesterday that CCM is trying to prevent people from voting. But when push comes to shove, you saw only one party standing up for the people of Nevis. And that party was this big blue machine (CCM).”

He said that “That is why, when come Monday morning…we the good people of Nevis will rejoice… because come Monday July 11th, I don’t care what NRP does or say, it is redemption time. It is deliverance time. It is hammer time!”

In what appeared to be one of the biggest meetings, in terms of crowd support, Friday night’s CCM meeting in the constituency of  St. Pauls turned out to be one with fire, excitement, jubilation and the rejuvenation of the CCM supporters, inspired no doubt by their court victory earlier in the day.
