Jason Rogers of St. Kitts and Nevis won gold in the 2012 NACAC under 23 championships 100 meters, with a personal best time of 10.06.
Rogers is a prodigy of sprint legend Kim Collins who has been his coach for the past few years.
The 20 year old Rogers was a key member of the St. Kitts and Nevis’ 4×100 meters team that won gold in the 2011 world championship in Korea and also silver at the Pan Am games.
He will be looking to repeat the success of 2011 in the 2012 Olympics set to begin later this month in London.
