The child was convicted and sentenced for breaking his curfew. He is normally a resident of the Bay Road, Basseterre.

Also convicted and sentenced, in a separate matter, was Kelvin Millard of Upper Cayon. He was convicted for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply on 15th January 2012.

He was fined $1800.00 to be paid in 3 months or face 4 months imprisonment.

The police are also reporting a number of arrests that were made for various offenses; including that of Eric Halliday of Tabernacle, who was charged for the offence of Burglary and for being found with house breaking implements, committed on 19th July 2012.

Meanwhile, Dion Liburd of Lime Kiln was charged for the offence of Malicious Damage committed on 21st June 2012, while Nakita Thibou of Bath Village was charged for Possession of Cannabis on 20 July 2012.

The authorities also report that Kenny Claxton of Bath Village was charged for Possession of Cannabis on 20 July 2012; Kito Chapman of Bath Village for Possession Cannabis on 20 July 2012; and Devin Rouse aka Jigga of Church Ground, St. Paul Village for Assaulting a Police Officer while in the execution of his duty on 17 July 2012.
