MiyVue.com has learnt that the song will be transformed into a music video and is expected to be released in early December.
Lead singer for band Delison Roper, aka “X Man” explained that the motive to create a music video is to further promote the song, which he described as the most popular song in the federation.
“We released the song during the Nevis Culturama and from there it took off. It has received an outstanding amount of request on various radios stations. We had more requests for the band to perform locally and on the regional scene mainly because of the song, so we decided to produce the upcoming video which we think will promote it even more,” X man explained.
When asked what is to be expected with regards to the scenes of the video, the singer remained tight-lipped.
“I do not like to reveal much on projects I am associated with, but I can tell you that the video is going to be one that persons will love and enjoy. Just imagine you are a man who loves your belly and there is food all over. That’s as much as I can tell you,” Roper hinted.
The video is being produced by Nigel Lewis commonly known as Capo, owner for Tru-Capo productions.
Lewis, speaking exclusively with MiyVue.com said that all the scenes for the video had already been recorded and the video is in the production stage.
“We took video shots in different locations on Nevis, mainly places where food was on display. The video shoot took several days and now it’s going to take another few days to compile all these scenes to complete to concept of what we’re looking for,” Capo explained.
What’s the concept of the video was the next question asked to which Capo’s reply was short and straight to point.
“Food all over,” he noted with a smile.
Upon completion and release, the video can be viewed on MiyVue.com in the video section.
