According to Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Denzil Douglas while was speaking on his popular radio call in programme ‘Ask the PM” earlier this week. He added that the site continues to be an area of attraction to potential investors who come into the country.
Prime Minister Douglas also explained that he hopes that the federation can really push the project forward to help in the continued advancement of the people of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Douglas however revealed that there is an interested buyer who is the final stages of completing the arrangement to purchase that particular piece of real estate and to have it developed in accordance with the original plans.
La Vallee is 500 acres of land that was suppose to be a golf resort with high end residential homes and its own water distillation plant and its own electricity plant.
It appears as though the Prime Minister is still convinced that the project is a good one that has been hit hard by the recession but is still on the market for development
