Minister Philip said, ”On behalf of the Government and people of the federation of St. Kitts- Nevis, I wish to once again extend congratulations to the Federation’s Sprint Icon, Mr. Kim Collins on winning the 100m Silver Medal at the Guadalajara 2011 Pan Am Games.” 

The Minister of Sport went on to state that not only did he understand that he won the Silver Medal but on the previous day Kim had broken the 28 year old Pan Am Games Record by running a blistering 10.00secs in the Semi Finals. 

He noted that Kim continues to prove that clean living, hard work and the right attitude do yield positive outcomes. 

He again commended Kim Collins for another splendid vintage performance and extended to him, the rest of the team in Guadalajara, the SKNOC and the SKNAAA God’s continued blessings as they continue to fly our Federations flag on the international stage and be positive role models for the Federation particularly our youth.
