It was since last week that the St. Paul’s resident was not seen but only in the last few days was an alarm sounded. The prayers of her family have been answered and some happiness has been restored now that she has been found.
The child went missing on Monday, 14th July, after last seen with her father, Clifford Ible, in the vicinity of the Dr. Blake Dental Clinic on South Independence Square Street, in Basseterre, around 9:30am.
What was even more disturbing was that the father too could not be found as police say his whereabouts were unknown. There is still no indication if he has been found and the investigations are continuing said the police source.
The child, Nylah-Jace Ible, when last seen, was wearing a blue short pants and white top (blouse) and her hair was combed in two plaits.
Nylah-Jace is also known as NJ and was born on 20th March, 2008, in St. Kitts. She is of brown complexion and was last known to be a resident of St. Paul’s. She is 3 feet tall, with slim built and weighs about 50 pounds. NJ also has a scar, (a mole) on the right side of her face.
After media reports surfaced on Wednesday, members of the public began filing messages that they had seen her and eventually the public awaremess helped in her discovery.
