More money more problems: Sean Kingston hit with $70,000 lawsuit over ‘unpaid rent’ and damages he made to a mansion

Now comes word the 22-year-old has been slapped with a $70,000 Lawsuit from his former landlord.

According to the lawsuit filed in Miami, Kingston and his mother (with whom he lived in the house) left the $25,000 a month mansion two months before the lease agreement ended and they allegedly caused $21,397 in damage.

All together, Kingston’s former landlord wants $73,816.85 to cover both the damage to the house, the two months rent, plus some back rent Kingston alleging owes.

According to TMZ, the singer fled Miami last fall, because of nightmares brought on by his jet ski crash.

The singer reportedly couldn’t stand the constant sound of the ocean near his Florida home, so he moved to Hollywood.

Kingston and his female passenger Cassandra Sanchez were injured when their jet ski crashed into Miami’s Palm Island Bridge.

Friends on another jet ski rushed over to assist them and called for help, with a coastguard employee in a passing boat helping to save Kingston.

Jonathan Rivera grabbed hold of Kingston, recalling to the media how he was ‘puking up blood’ and convulsing.

The Jamaica born signer rose to fame with his 2007 hit Beautiful Girls and was also featured on songs by artists including Justin Bieber.

His self-titled debut album sold over 1 million copies worldwide.

He also co-wrote Jason Derülo’s Whatcha Say and recorded the track Miss Everything for the Sugababes’s studio album Sweet 7.
