The offer is being made by Xpress Events, an organisation comprised of a team of individuals, dedicated to and passionate about devising creative ways of enhancing experiences which can be had by persons through the staging of events and productions.
The team has been involved over the past 3 years in the planning of themed parties and corporate functions, premium event décor, food and beverage catering, the 1st ever VIP Experience for the 14th Annual St. Kitts Music Festival, most recently the production of “Mudsunami J’ouvert” over the 2010-2011 carnival period and now the first ever premium all inclusive VIP Experience for the upcoming crystal anniversary of the St. Kitts Music Festival.
Last year Xpress Events approached the St. Kitts Music Festival about offering an affordable VIP Package to concert goers for the 1st time in the festival’s history. As a private sector partner we wanted to become more involved to help create an even more unforgettable festival experience and we jumped head first into waters that were never tested. By all accounts last year’s VIP Experience was a tremendous success and we exceeded expectations. We managed to attract and cater to a cross section of approximately 200 concert goers per night who thoroughly enjoyed the range of services offered in the VIP Area.
Xpress Events has indicated that based on feedback from last year’s VIP Experience, it has decided to making the necessary improvements to ensure that patrons receive the best package available.
The package being offered includes:
1. Your music festival ticket
2. Exclusive Entrance to the festival’s VIP Area – no waiting in long lines outside
3. Exclusive washroom facilities
4. A 5ft raised spacious platform for viewing your favourite performances
5. A chance to mix and mingle with selective music festival artistes
6. Tables and chairs
7. Premium beverage sampling
8. Lastly the area will be transformed to create an ambiance which adds to the overall premium VIP Experience.
The package, according to Xpress Events also includes access to food stations which offer appetizers, dinner and mouth-watering desserts.
The cost of All of this is ONLY EC$675.00 for a season pass (for 3 nights) of the festival or EC$250.00 per night. All you need to do is leave home with your ticket in hand and Xpress Events will take care of you for the next 6 to 7 hours of the festival.
