NAGICO Insurance Shows Appreciation to Customers

The company is celebrating its 7th year of operation in St. Christopher and Nevis and according to NAGICO’s General Manager, Rishi Singh, the event is a fitting way to show their customers the necessary gratitude for their support.

“The reason for the Customer Appreciation is this is NAGICO’s 7th anniversary in St. Kitts and we thought it best to have a customer appreciation event in giving back to our customers, giving back to our customers and show our appreciation for their support over the years and we look forward to their continued support. We are giving away some novelties of NAGICO and there will be a prize a prize-giveaway.

“We are giving away Music Festival tickets. We support the local tourism calendar by buying tickets and giving them away. Also compliment s of Digicel, we are giving away five phones, one Blackberry included. Insurance is intangible. You pay a premium and you get a policy but now you receive a phone or tickets, something tangible.”Rishi_Singh

Mr. Singh expressed to this media house that the response from the public to the appreciation was “good” and that he was expecting an even greater response once persons would have finished working for that day.

The event, according to Singh, was also geared at promoting the company’s health care insurance product dubbed NagiCare.

“…We want to get the public to understand that health and health insurance are very important and you need to have health insurance coverage. Many times, where there is a medical problem with one of the family members, they find they don’t have the funds to pay for their health care and we are encouraging parents to buy a policy so you won’t have to have that headache of asking your church, your family members to give you money. The policy will take care of that for a small premium.”

Free blood pressure and blood glucose testing was also available at the event and Singh issued a word of thanks to the student nurses of the International University of Nursing “for being a part of us.”

NAGICO customers on Nevis have not been left out of the loop and Singh has indicated that on 17th June, a similar event will be held there where the public would be exposed to similar giveaways and interaction with NAGICO’s staff.

NAGICO’s main office is located at Port Zante with agents scattered across the nation’s capital. In upcoming months, however, it is expected that the company will be operating from Bladen Commercial Development where its building is currently under construction.
