Jamal Isles was reportedly shot by two men and left for dead at his residence.
The Police in Nevis are also investigating a “suspicious death” that also took place on Monday night.
Eighteen (18) year old Chazere Davis of Taylor’s Pasture was found dead in her home. An autopsy will be performed this morning as according to Police, there were “no external visible signs of how she died during the initial observation by police.”
According to an official Police report the man who allegedly was the last known person to be in Ms. Davis’ presence when she was alive, has been hospitalized. Fifty-two (52) year old Kelvin Williams was found by police at his residence in a semi-conscious state with what appeared to be self-inflicted wounds to his body.
The incidents come less than two days after the nation recorded another homicide, the shooting death of Jermaine Dore of Hermitage Village, St. Kitts on Saturday night. It is also the second homicide on the island of Nevis in less than a week. On May 15th Kishmoy Challenger of Pond Hill was gunned down shortly after being dropped off at his work place.
