Nevisian heading to Dubai for Consulate duties

When officially posted, Mrs. Wilkin-Armbrister will perform normal consulate duties, including matters related to the Citizenship by Investment program, said an official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who also informed that no one has been confirmed for the position of counsellor in the Dubai office.

According to information from the government’s information service, SKNIS, Wilkin-Armbrister has represented the federation for over 20 years in various capacities with a career spanning both the public and private sectors. She holds a

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alabama A&M University in the USA, a Master of Science in International Marketing from University of Strathclyde in Scotland and is expected to earn a PhD in Marketing with a research focus on Destination Branding from said university, states the biographical information.

For the past 10 years Wilkin-Armbrister lectured at Strathclyde University and Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK; University of Maastricht, Maastricht School of Management and Avans School of International Studies in the Netherlands.

According to the information, she is also a “distinguished visiting professor at University of Monaco in Monte Carlo”, and has travelled, lived and worked in the USA, UK, the Netherlands, Peru, Monaco, Romania, as well as Tanzania and Zambia in Africa.
