The new website, offers to the public and union members, quick and easy access to essential information on the St. Kitts Teachers’ Union. This launch is part of the union’s on-going effort to enhance the quality and availability of information to its members, other professionals and ultimately the world community.

The St. Kitts Teachers’ Union website, (www.stkittsteachersunion.com), boasts a modern, colourful design and is divided into several easy-to-browse subsections such as Latest News, Media Center Membership and also an Open Forum which will cater to public discussions on matters pertaining to Educational and Social Development. This new design reflects the union’s mission, vision and motto, the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement, the proposed Teachers’ Credit Union and much more. 

President Ron Dublin-Collins is his opening remarks stated, “This new website is a major step forward for the S.K.T.U as it provides a window into who we are, what we do and what we are aspiring to accomplish as an organization.  Our website is about educating the general membership of the union, the public, the media and also reaching out to potential members.  It is time that the St. Kitts Teachers’ Union take our web presence to the next level. This site certainly reflects the thinking and efforts of the Executive members of the union, as well as our commitment to being open, transparent and accessible to our members and the wider global community.”  Mr. Collins also credits Mr. Ervin Welsh of Beyond Timeless for the design of the website and the future website maintenance training that he will provide to a group of the executive members.
