Deets inside…

Nick was wheelchaired to an awaiting private plane (not pictured here) with Mariah today as they headed back to L.A. for more medical attention at Cedars-Sinai.

But the “America’s Got Talent” host put his Twitter followers at ease earlier saying:

Currently being transfered to a hospital in LA. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me… I will be a’ight.
