In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday August 11, the company claimed that Hilton recently wore extensions from a competing hair company, which according to the conditions and requirements of the agreement are in breach of her contract.
The company said that Hilton, in 2008, also wore the product of a rival company and missed launch event for a new product because of her 2007 jail sentence.
Hilton is believed to have been paid up to US3.5 million by Hairtech International to help promote its products.
