Mr Parry was interviewed for the first time, since the Nevis Reformation Party (NRP) won the 2011 Local Elections on July 11, 2011 by the popular talk show, Mr. Juni Liburd.
A number of issues were discussed especially those that dealt with election.
The Premier spoke on the issue of the removal of the names of voters from the voters’ list which caused many not to exercise their franchise, the transfer of voters from the list in St Kitts to that of the sister island of Nevis and the importation of Diaspora from abroad.
These topics stirred many debates and questions leading up to and after the elections. Politicians in Nevis were heard and quoted using their respective platforms to speak on these matters during campaigns.
He further added that his administration is looking towards the future for the development of Nevis. He made mention of job creation, human resource and economic development, these he said are high on the agenda for the Nevis Island Administration.
Nevis Reformation Party (NRP) was sworn back into the office of the Nevis Island Administration after the winning three (3) seats and the Concerned Citizen Movement (CCM) two (2).
