“High Court Judge Agrees that Motion of No Confidence should be Dealt with Urgently”

At that hearing, Dr Harris was represented by a legal team ably led by Senior Counsel Chris Hamel-Smith SC. Her Ladyship was told by Mr Hamel-Smith that there is a real risk that an unconstitutional, undemocratic and illegitimate government could be purporting to take actions and decisions after having lost the support of the people.

Her Ladyship indicated that she agreed that the MONC should be dealt with as expeditiously as possible. Justice Carter also stated that the court will hear the first MONC matter filed in 2012 NEXT WEEK WEDNESDAY 26th November 2014. This hearing will take place in Open court.
