In its defense however, the company tried to explain that the cause of this late delivery of invoices was due to its current program of service upgrades, with which SKELEC has been preoccupied.
Of particular concern to some consumers are the bills for the past two months.
They added that SKELEC is in the process of changing some procedures within the company thus the delay of the February and March bills.
The official then went on to say that the February bills have already been mailed and consumers should be receiving them shortly and promised to provide further updates regarding those for March.
“SKELEC apologies for any inconveniences these delays in the receipt of bills may have caused. We take the time out to wish each and everyone a safe and enjoyable Easter Weekend,” the official concluded.
