St Kitts Look to Close Gap, St. Lucia Seeks Revenge
In the earlier Fixture the ‘Sugar Boys’ had a strong first half to thank for their victory over St. Lucia in St. Lucia in early September where they came out 4-2 winners.
St. Kitts & Nevis will be looking to maintain their unbeaten record in Group D so far and are looking to close the four point gap on Canada who has won all three games. The St. Lucians on the other hand who are yet to pick up any points will be looking to kick start their World Cup Qualifying campaign by seeking revenge at Warner Park
Just last week Friday 7th October the Kittitians drew 1-1 with Puerto-Rico in Puerto Rico whilst St. Lucia was trounced at home to Canada.
Up next for St. Kitts & Nevis will be a home encounter November 11th against Canada then the return leg on the 15th of November.
Group D standings so far see the Canadians lead with a perfect 9 points ahead of St. Kitts & Nevis in second place with 5 points, behind of Puerto-Rico on 2 points and St Lucia who has failed to pick up a point
