School students are expected to come out in their numbers to lend their support.

The schools competing for the coveted title of Miss Talented Teen are: Cayon High School -15year old Tevrehn Bedford, Immaculate Conception Catholic School-14 year old Ashlee Franks, Basseterre High School- 17year old Monique Johnson, Saddlers Secondary School- 13 year old Xiaoyu Harris, Washington Archibald High School- 15 year old Junika Berry, Verchild’s High School- 15 year old Aresia Pereria and Charles E Mills Secondary School- 16year old Kareisa Mulley.

The contestants will make five (5) appearances, Fanfare (not judged), School Ambassadorial Speech and Wear, Performing Talent, Formal Teen Wear and Interview. The reigning Talented Teen is Miss Siobhan Phipps who represented the Immaculate Conception Catholic School in last year’s show.

On the other hand, the twelve (12) junior calypsonians are looking  to dethrone the reigning king in the 2011 Junior Calypso Monarch in the order of appearance are:

6. Miz Charismatic

7. Mighty Saani

8. Mighty Reke

9. King Scribbles

10. Singing Shaddy

11. Mighty Midget
