Deputy Prime Minister and Minister responsible for Foreign Affairs, Homeland Security, Labour, Immigration and Social Security, Sam Condor will introduce and have read a first time, The Passports and Travel Documents (Amendment) Bill, 2012.
Attorney General and Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, Patrice Nisbett will seek leave to introduce and read a first time The Attorney General’s Reference (Constitutional Questions) Bill, 2012 and The Offences Against the Person (Amendment) Bill, 2012.
Deputy Prime Minister Condor, will lead off the debate on The Immigration (Amendment) Bill, 2012, which was given its first reading on 6th December 2011.
Dr. Timothy Harris, will lead the debate on The Animals (National and International Movement and Prescribed Diseases Prevention Bill, 2011, which had its introduction and first reading on 10th November 2011.
Minister Harris will also lead debate on The Agricultural Produce and Livestock (Registration of Vendors) Bill, 2010, which was given its first reading on 6th August 2010.
