According to a police report, on Thursday 25th October 2012, Commissioner of Police, C.G. Walwyn presented Traffic Warden Shamika Farrell with a letter of commendation for her hard work and dedication to her duty.

Traffic Warden Farrell is positioned at a pedestrian crossing near the Seventh Day Adventist School. On Monday 22nd October 2012, she was recognized by that institution for her excellent performance.

The Commissioner of Police High Command and other Gazetted Officers took the opportunity to encourage members of the force to continue to perform their duties with excellence, ended the police statement.
