They have reported that 21 tickets were issued on Monday 13th August, 2012, for several traffic violations in the areas of the Bay Road, the Circus and Fort Street. 

Tickets were issued for various violations which included driving without seat belt, driving and using cell phones, failing to stop at designated areas and failing to comply with traffic signs. 

A spokesman for the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force said they are continuing to encourage drivers to follow traffic regulations, to ensure the safety of all drivers and pedestrians.
