A police press statement indicated that Ivan Liddie of Bird Rock was formally charged with 3 counts of robbery committed at Scotia Bank, Bird Rock Branch. Also charged is Keithroy Duncan of Shadwell Housing Project, who was formally charged for the same offence.
Previously, Police had arrested and charged Glenroy Crossman in connection to the robbery as well. 
The incident is believed to have taken place at approximately 11:00am (July 20th) when gun-men entered the facility demanding that both customers and employees drop to the floor, but no one was reported to be hurt by the bandits. After securing an amount of cash, the value of which was not disclosed by bank officials, the accused perpetrators were said to have escaped through a nearby alley and into the industrial site.
Some eye witnesses said that the men were disguised but were not wearing full masks at the time.
