This became possible after the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force participated in the Motorola Solution/ACCP Scholarship Program, submitting the names of the children of two (2) senior police officers, who were eventually selected winners. Confirmation of the scholarships was provided, via letter, to the Commissioner of Police in St. Kitts and Nevis, by the Secretariat Manager of the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police.
The estimated value of the disbursements is EC$8,100.00 and is to be presented to Danni Maynard, daughter of Assistant Commissioner Ian Queeley and Zenhastel Hector Jr, son of Inspector Zenhastel Hector, of the St. Kitts and Nevis Police Force.
They were chosen from a total of twenty-five (25) entrants from the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts/Nevis, St. Lucia, Trinidad/Tobago and U.S. Virgin Islands.
The date of the award will be on December, 3rd at 5:30 Pm at the Divi Southwinds Resort, St. Lawrence, Christ Church, Barbados.
