72% approval has the program of recovery, growth and economic prosperity that drives the National Executive, as it was announced by the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, who noted that the results were revealed by a survey.
From the Cuartel de la Montaña, the national president stressed that this program was not made by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), but is a Venezuelan creation.
“I personally took charge of preparing the Economic Recovery Plan, in the company of Venezuelan experts (…) As I was nourished by the opinions of the people, everything that gave its fundamental support,” he said in statements broadcast by Venezolana de Television.
During a meeting with the delegates of the IV Congress of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), he criticized that sectors of the right described the program as “paquetazo” (big package).
In that sense, he explained that paquetazo is what applies the new government of Colombia that is chaired by Ivan Duque, who arrived increasing taxes for the poorest, “reducing wages and announcing the privatization of all public services.”
He also gave as an example the “Paquetazo” applied by the president of Argentina, Mauricio Macri, following the IMF’s recipes, “robbing workers, ending pensions, denying budgets to higher education,” he said.
He stressed that contrary to what happens in Colombia and Argentina, the program of recovery, growth and economic prosperity is perfect, “of Venezuelan thought, made in Venezuela, with a deep humanist, revolutionary, deep sensitivity to the people, that puts as center the human being, the family, the people, is the center of all our efforts “.
In a strong way, the Head of State emphasized that the protection of the people, the workers, and the family is evidenced by the wage increase anchored to Petro.
“We have put the salary at the center of the recovery program (…) this is a win-win plan, the workers, the merchants, the producers win,” win to win “would be in English,” he said.
Next, add that in the first place the worker and the family earn in the stability and access to the goods; second, the merchants who have enough people who buy their products at a good price, and have good profits; thirdly, the producers, agroindustrial producers, because they have all the products.
The national leader said that he has made a great effort to fully communicate the vision of the economic recovery plan, adding that the people with their great wisdom have assimilated it.
