We got a taste for her cold weather offerings when she unveiled her first-ever pre-fall collection of apparel and handbags last month.
And now the design guru has unleashed her entire fall/winter collection with pieces to keep you warm—and stylish—once the leaves begin to turn!
And just like the pieces that she modeled herself in real life, the collection offers simple yet chic dresses as well as smartly tailored menswear-inspired pieces, like a black-and-white dress similar to the sleeveless coat she wore not too long ago from her own collection.
But if the minimalistic tux dress from the fall/winter offerings is a little too fashion forward for your liking, Beckham has also created a classic little black dress that receives a modern update thanks to pretty paillette detailing that’s sure to turn heads no matter the season.
Perhaps our favorite thing about the collection is Beckham’s inclusion of fab yet forgiving silhouettes, like the burgundy oversize sweatshirt tunic. The roomy textured shift looks cozy enough to sport during off-duty days, but sleek enough to wear to the office—a definite double-duty plus, if you ask us.
And that duality is just in keeping with the way in which Beckham described the gal she designed for in the show notes for her New York Fashion Week presentation.
”I feel like the Victoria, Victoria Beckham girl this season is an engaged intellectual with a sense of humour,” she wrote. ”She can wear anything with aplomb yet she chooses the simplicity of a dress.
