Gibson in a media interview on Friday indicated that the performance on Wednesday was a disappointing one on the back of the solid work they had done. He however added that it its not “doom and gloom” as they are still 2-1 up in the series.
He added that they sat down and decided that the attitude needed to win this series and that attitude was lacking in the first game here in St. Kitts and they are hoping it does not happen again.
Gibson said that the team also reviewed where they went wrong on Wednesday and is seeking to correct those mistakes and additionally stated that the team is rearing to go.
The West Indian coach also commented on the selection of Devon Thomas as a replacement for Dinesh Ramdin who left the squad because he is getting married. Gibson said that as a young player, Thomas has to come in and stake a claim, so he can be considered for future series.

The West Indies will also try to put an end to their dismal record at Warner Park after having only one victory in One Day Internationals which was the first international match in St. Kitts.
The game is due to start at 9:30am and the Local Organizing Committee has reported that ticket sales for the match have been going very well. Event Coordinator, Mr. Val Henry indicated that all systems are ready for tomorrow’s game and his volunteers and staff are all set to deliver another high standard of excellence, in the planning and execution of duties for Saturday’s game.
At tomorrow’s match, the Scotia Bank Kiddy Cricket activities are also expected to kick in, with scores of youth cricketers engaged in on field demonstrations of the sport, during the interval.
